1918 Red Cross Four Cent8?

I thought that I have found another one of these stamps but it is not as complete an "8" as the one below.

    Dear friend, I have seen your page about the the CENT8 surcharge quite a quile back but didn't have a chance to find a specimen until now. However, I may now have got one "FOUR CENT8" surcharge on a Three Cents stamp. I'd happy to provide you a picture. Regards, M
